3 Person Tubes take up a lot of room. Please keep this in mind when selecting your boat. Also boats that do not have watersports in the description can still pull a tube but are better suited to a 1 or 2 person tube and a low passenger count.

Rental Hours:

10:00 am to 5:00 pm 7 days a week. Sunday rentals are full day only.
Reservation Information: Please Call (231) 740-4633 to check availability or make a reservation. You can also contact us via facebook. Day/Half-Day: Day: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
If you plan on showing up late for a rental it is important to inform staff at the time of booking. If you are running behind please contact our staff and let them know. After an hour we will make an attempt to contact you. Half an hour after that we will offer the rental to customers on our waiting list.
Late return of the boat could result in a $20.00 charge per 10 minutes late.

Reservations/Deposit:

In Most Cases we do not require a deposit for reservations. In the event of a weekly or longer rental we normally require a 10% deposit that is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to reservation date.

Cancellation:

Cancellations prior to rental date incur no fees or charges. We do not require a deposit for your booking (aside from long term rentals) and as a result there is no penalty for cancellation. In the event of a rental being shortened for weather conditions, the terms are outlined below.

Weather Conditions – In the event of foul weather during the rental period the following refund policy applies.

Partial loss of boating time – Partial Refund depending on length of time lost
Full loss of boating time – Full Refund

Fuel:

The first tank of fuel is included in the rental. While most renters never need to add fuel, you are responsible for the cost if you need more. There is a $50.00 + Fuel charge for having to deliver fuel to an out of gas boat.

Tubing:

Single Person Tubes available for $50.00 per Day
Two Person Tubes available for 75.00 per Day
Three Person Tube available for $100.00 per Day

Boat Location:

Our Office is located in Sportfishermans Service 545 Ottawa St 49442, Boats are launched near our office location on Muskegon Lake. We can also recommend a local marina for a slip for the day, or days of your rental. Slips are subject to availability and are an additional cost and usually range from 30.00 to 60.00 per day.

Who Can Rent?

You must be at least 25 years old and have prior boating experience. No boating license is required in the State of Michigan. Must have a valid Drivers License and Credit Card. Rentals will be cancelled in the event that we feel the boater does not know how to properly operate the vessel. Links to local laws, regulation and even a boaters safety course are available below.

Pet Friendly:

Responsible pet owners can bring their family dog(s) for $25 SERVICE FEE and a signed Pet Addendum on file.

Boat Equipment:

Each boat is equipped with all emergency equipment, including adult life jackets. If you need childrens or special sizes please let us know either in advance or at the time of your reservation. We do not provide infant life vests. They must be provided by the renter for safety reasons.

Rental Agreement:

We will familiarize the operator with the boat and location of all safety equipment. The condition of boat and safety equipment will be documented on our Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement

Rules/Restrictions:

Boat may not be operated under the influence of Alcohol.
Boat may not be operated on lake Michigan.
